A memorial on Adelaide Street marking the childhood home of bushranger Ben Hall.
Ben Hall senior and his wife Eliza bought the original town block here from Thomas Haydon in 1842. Their son, the bushranger Ben Hall, lived in Murrurundi with his parents as a boy before going on to become one of colonial NSW's most notorious outlaws. The memorial stands on part of the family's original block. One of 30 stops on the town's Heritage Walk.
